We know that it's not always easy to search out products that are Sustainable, Natural and Organic and because of the way some “Natural” and “Organic” products have been marketed by big brands they can often cost a lot more and in actual fact not be very Natural or Organic in any way.
We care deeply about the environment and work with our suppliers very closely to ensure we bring you the best possible products at affordable prices and that have had minimal impact on the environment when being produced.
All our packaging is 100% recyclable even down to the tape we use to seal our boxes. We use paper packing inside the parcel to keep the goods safe and secure until they reach you and what makes our packaging even better is that it can all be composted or recycled by your kerbside recycling collection.
Our motto is we send parcels in a way that we would wish to receive them ourselves.

Orders & Shipping
Tracking your order is easy and we keep you up to date every step of the way. When you place your order you'll receive an order confirmation, confirming the order details and shipping method chosen. Once your order has shipped you`ll receive an email and text message (if you`ve provided us with a mobile number) from Royal Mail which will give you a tracking number and details of the expected arrival date of your order and this message will also allow you to reschedule delivery if it's no longer convenient. Where next day delivery is chosen you`ll receive an email from our nominated carrier via parcel2go notifying you of the tracking details for your order. You can track the delivery by clicking the tracking number. Here at Porter Valley we want to make things as easy as possible and have created a returns policy to do just this. Please see Our Returns Policy on how to return goods. Once the return has been received it will be processed and any refunds or replacements will be completed. If we need any more information we will contact you and discuss the options so that you are fully aware of what's happening.
We ship our parcels using Royal Mail or Parcel2go and have 3 delivery options available which are Royal Mail 24, Royal Mail 48 and Next Day Courier. Depending on where your parcel is being delivered these delivery lead time can vary. Please see our Orders and Delivery page for a guide.
We take every precaution to ensure that all orders are correct and delivery is made ontime, however sometimes problems do arise and we make every effort to resolve these for you.
