Ordering from Porter Valley is easy but we have included a few hints below to ensure the process is clear to you
- Browse through the top menu using the drop downs to find your products easily
- If you have any difficulty finding the product you want please enter the description or product code into the search box at the top of the screen. If you are unable to find what you are looking for, drop us an email using the contact us link found at the bottom of the page and we`ll try and source this for you.
- Adding products to your cart is easy, just click the add to cart button on each product page when your ready to order and they`ll be added to your basket.
- Once items have been added to your basket you can view your selected items and the total cost excluding delivery at any time by clicking the basket link at the top of the page.
HOW TO COMPLETE YOUR ORDER
- Click on the proceed checkout button on the basket dropdown to process your order
- If you are already a registered customer when you start the checkout process after entering your email address you will be asked for your password to log into your account. We would always recommend registering as a customer as this provides you with extra details about your order and account, you can also subscribe to our latest offers and promotions, alternatively you can check out as a guest. Don't worry you`ll still be able to receive our latest special offers and promotions, it just means you won't have created an online account.
- If you have any special instructions for us or the courier please use the message box. We will do our best to make sure your instructions are carried out but we cannot always guarantee this.
- Payment for your order can be made by credit/debit card or paypal, both methods are secure and we never store your card details on our server.
All orders placed before 3.00pm Mon - Fri will be shipped the same day. Delivery times are dependent upon location. We`ll let you know ahead of time if delivery times change, our standard delivery time is 1-2 working days for UK mainland and 2-3 days for areas outside UK mainland.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
We endeavour to keep all standard items in stock but sometimes demand for some products means that we are out of stock. We will contact you ahead of shipping regarding any products that are out of stock
HOW DO I CANCEL AN ORDER?
As we dispatch our orders very quickly it is better that you contact us immediately by telephone to cancel an order. The number to call is 0114 268 9915 if your order has already been dispatched or delivered please give us a call and we`ll happily rectify the problem.
Orders £50+ will be delivered free on a Standard Service usually by Royal Mail, for orders less than £50 standard delivery is set at £4.49 Royal Mail Tracked 48, £5.62 Royal Mail Tracked 24 and £9.99 Next Day Courier, this covers all orders within the UK Mainland up to 2 kilos. All areas outside of the UK Mainland are charged at an additional cost. Shipping charges are shown at the checkout when placing your order.
Orders placed by 3.00pm Monday – Friday will be despatched the same day. Standard Delivery is 1-2 working days within England, Wales and some areas of Scotland (excluding Highlands and Islands). Areas outside of this will normally take 2 days more. Orders received on Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays will be processed and despatched the next working day.
