7 DAY RETURN POLICY

Returned goods which are not faulty or have been sent in error will be refunded or replaced. To receive a refund the goods must be returned to us unused, in a re-saleable condition and in the original packaging. If we have supplied an item in error then we will reimburse your shipping costs or arrange for the item to be collected, if the item is unwanted you are responsible for its safe return and a refund will be issued upon us receiving the item back. We would always recommend using a tracked service for any goods being returned.

Product returns can be sent to the following address: Porter Valley, 838 Ecclesall Road, Sheffield S11 8TD with the original delivery paperwork stating the reason for return.

TERMS AND CONDITION OF RETURNS

  • Products must be in the unused condition and in the original box and packaging
  • All returns must have the original delivery paperwork
  • All returns must be sent by an insured, trackable delivery service
  • When your refund is processed, the funds will be returned to the original payment method which may take up to 10 working days to appear as cleared funds
  • The 7 day return policy does not apply to items that are faulty/damaged – such items will need to be returned in accordance with our damaged or faulty items returns policy below.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS RETURN POLICY

In the unlikely event that you receive a product from us that is damaged during delivery or defective we will be happy to refund or replace at no cost to yourselves. We will issue a full refund (including postage) or a replacement. Please contact us within 3 days of receipt by calling 0114 268 9915 or by using the contact us link at the bottom of the page.
